Rehabilitation Services at Sharon Regional offers comprehensive services within Sharon Regional Health System as well as community-based, multi-specialty outpatient centers. Through a goal-oriented team approach that crosses medical disciplines, Rehabilitation Services addresses the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of those who have experienced an injury or disease limiting their ability to re-integrate into their environment.
Individualized services are provided through the diverse team of physicians and allied health care professionals who assess skills and disabilities in order to determine personal needs and rehabilitation potential.

Family involvement is crucial to a patient’s successful rehabilitation. Our program prioritizes providing comprehensive support and education to both patients and their families. This approach helps patients achieve their recovery goals and return to their previous activity levels as quickly as possible.
Treatment
The length of each treatment session is based on patient need. Patients most commonly are referred by their healthcare provider or physician for various services.
However, some rehabilitation services are available on a self-referral basis. Call for more information.
Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Sharon Regional’s Rehabilitation Services team offers expert outpatient rehabilitation for adults assisting in recovery from illness, injury, or surgery. The continuum of care also includes injury-prevention services and pediatric speech therapy provided by highly skilled professionals.
