We are seeking a Per Diem and a Full-time dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our case management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping individuals and families navigate challenges related to mental health, child welfare, and community resources. This role requires a proactive approach to crisis management and the ability to develop effective interventions that promote well-being and resilience among clients.

Duties
Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized service plans.
Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
Facilitate access to community resources, including healthcare, housing, and educational services.
Supervise case management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Engage in motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients in their decision-making processes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address behavioral health issues and promote holistic care.
Mentor junior staff or interns in social work practices, fostering professional development within the team.
Participate in workforce development initiatives aimed at enhancing community support systems.

Skills
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Bachelors Degree in Social Work.
Strong supervisory skills to guide and support team members effectively.
Experience in childcare practices, particularly in relation to child welfare.
Proficient in crisis management techniques to handle high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of motivational interviewing methods for client engagement.
Expertise in crisis intervention strategies tailored to individual client needs.
Background in social work principles and practices, with a focus on behavioral health.
Familiarity with workforce development strategies that enhance community resources.
Ability to mentor others in social work competencies, promoting growth within the field.
