We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic evaluations and assisting in various cardiology procedures. Your expertise in sonography, vital signs monitoring, and aseptic techniques will be essential in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
Conduct diagnostic evaluations using sonography and other imaging techniques to assist in the diagnosis of cardiovascular conditions.
Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, obtaining vital signs, and ensuring comfort throughout the examination.
Assist physicians during catheterization procedures by providing necessary instruments and maintaining a sterile environment.
Monitor patients’ telemetry readings during procedures to ensure their safety and well-being.
Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history and procedure details, adhering to medical terminology standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans based on anatomy knowledge and physiology understanding.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and aseptic techniques to minimize infection risk during procedures.

Requirements
Required: ARRT Certification, CPR within 90 days hire, and ACLS within six (6) months of hire
Education: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent and Graduate of an approved school of cardiovascular technology or JRCERT accredited program. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
Clinical or management experience in the field of interventional cardiology or radiology procedures.
