Sharon Regional Health System Reopens

Sharon Regional Health System has reopened as a nonprofit hospital, restoring emergency, surgical, ICU, and behavioral health services
Sharon Regional Health System has successfully reopened as a nonprofit hospital under Tenor Health Foundation, bringing essential healthcare services back to the Shenango Valley community. Following our reopening in mid-March 2025, we’ve restored critical services, including our emergency department, ICU, surgical services, behavioral health units, cardiology, and diagnostic imaging. We’re experiencing strong growth, marked by a 26% revenue increase, and are expanding our services. This includes plans to reopen our heart catheterization lab and cancer center. As a nonprofit organization, we’re committed to reinvesting in our facilities, recruiting talented healthcare professionals, and partnering with local vendors to ensure sustainable, high-quality healthcare remains accessible right here in Sharon for generations to come.
